WrestleMania 31 was arguably the last great WrestleMania event. It was the last WrestleMania that had a structure of being a four-hour show, which made it one of the best-paced WrestleMania events of all time.

The show itself is well known for Seth Rollins cashing in his Money in The Bank briefcase to win the WWE Title. This is no doubt an incredibly memorable moment, however, the quality of the Brock Lesnar v Roman Reigns match prior to the cash-in shouldn't be forgotten.

The PPV also featured the WWE in-ring debut of Sting who lost to Triple H, in a strange booking decision - although the match itself was fun as it featured cameos from DX and the NWO. The aforementioned Rollins would also have a great match with Randy Orton which featured one of the best RKO's of all time.

Other matches on the card included Daniel Bryan winning the Intercontinental Title in a spot-filed 7-man Ladder Match. The Undertaker would also make his WWE return after 12-months off and defeated Bray Wyatt in a performance that redeemed the quality of his match with Lesnar just a year prior.

The PPV also featured an acclaimed segment between Triple H, Stephanie McMahon, The Rock and Ronda Rousey. It featured Ronda getting physical for the first time in a WWE ring, which would be a prelude of the in-ring career of Ronda that was to come 3 years later.
