Few WWE main eventers in company history have been as selfless as The Undertaker and John Cena when the time was right, and their Rolexes was bang on in 2014 as both succumbed to the awe-inspiring intensity of Brock Lesnar.

Having already broken 'The Streak', Lesnar had only to break 'The Champ' to continue a rehabilitative year that kicked off a year earlier in his blinding war with CM Punk. 16 minutes, 16 suplexes and two F5s were enough for Lesnar to steamroll the company's most dominant babyface and elevate/relegate (delete as appropriate) the top title to part-time status.

Though not a one-match show, it's tough to even remember the remainder of the card such was the gravitas and impact of the main event.

In signs of things to come, AJ Lee and Paige had an enjoyable scrap over the Divas title, Roman Reigns kicked off his singles run with a comprehensive victory over Randy Orton, and Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose waged war in a chaotic Lumberjack struggle. Even the drama was on high supply, as Stephanie McMahon and Brie Bella assembled the surprise hit of the night with an enjoyable storyline-driven battle that culminated in Nikki's turn on her own sister. The less said about that aftermath though, the better.
