10 Better Finishers For Current WWE Superstars

2. Bo Dallas

Current Finisher: ‘Bo-Dog’ (Springboard Bulldog)

Despite having a great character in NXT, Bo Dallas has failed to make a significant mark on the main roster. A big part of that is that his finishing move looks absolutely terrible. Spike Dudley was much smaller than Dallas, yet his version of the Springboard Bulldog looked much more impactful.

If Bo wants to be taken seriously, he needs a serious finisher. He needs a move that combined power and quickness, and can be delivered almost in the blink of an eye.

Suggested New Finisher: Fisherman Powerbomb

An ideal mix of theatricality and practicality, the Fisherman Powerbomb, as seen in that video, looks like an effective finisher. In a manner of seconds, the user hooks their opponent’s head and leg, lifts them up, then spins them forward and lands in a Sitout Powerbomb position. It’s also a relatively safe maneuver, as it doesn’t have much risk of head damage or serious trauma involved in its execution.

If Bo were to use this move instead of his current finisher, he would, at the very least, have WWE’s production team doing replays of his finisher, which isn’t something you see with him now. The Running Bo-Dog is incredibly weak-looking, and only amplifies his current lack of fan reaction.
