10 Big Decisions WWE Needs To Make Before WrestleMania 32
9. If The Intercontinental Title Bout Will Be A Multi-Man Match
At WrestleMania XIX, the Intercontinental Title was defended in a pre-show match when The Miz defeated Wade Barrett to capture the belt. The following year, the secondary championship didn't even make it onto the show in a proper match. Then, at 'Mania 31, Daniel Bryan won the title in a multi-man Ladder Match which opened the actual pay-per-view portion of the show. Last year was the first time in a long time that the Intercontinental Title has been given house room at WrestleMania, which is a real shame. Lately, both Dean Ambrose and Kevin Owens have been doing the infamous title proud with their performances. At the Royal Rumble, they contested a storming 'Last Man Standing' effort which was one of the best bouts on the show. This leaves WWE with a choice, they can either continue to let Ambrose and Owens tear the house down or decide to shoe-horn a couple of other guys into the mix. It's well-known that the organisation like to give as many performers as possible the chance of a WrestleMania pay day, but it could ruin the overall feel of the feud that's burning away nicely between Owens and Ambrose.
