10 Big WWE Face/Heel That Must Happen In 2018

8. Face: Gallows & Anderson

Once cornerstones of NJPW's oft-neglected heavyweight tag division, Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows have become borderline enhancement talents on Raw.

They were champions earlier in the year, but have never been positioned as centrepieces for a prolonged period of time, and have since become a novelty act. They're likely having a great time filming WWEShop.com commercials and screaming "NEEERRRRRDDD!" at passers-by, but Gallows & Anderson could be used to much better effect with a quick alignment change.

Gallows and Anderson are fine as heels, but they're extremely likeable. If you've ever caught an interview with the duo, watched their Southpaw antics as Chad 2 Badd and Tex Ferguson, or listened to one of their raucous Talk 'n' Shop podcasts, you know how entertaining they can be. Thus, it makes sense for WWE to incorporate more of these personas into Gallows and Anderson's onscreen characters, rebranding them as a pair of hard-bantering babyfaces in a tag division overflowing with more serious personalities.

There's little doubt that turning the duo and tweaking their characters would connect with the crowd, making them a genuinely pushable Monday Night Raw act, even in such a star-studded pool.
