10. The US Title

John Cena is the current US Champion, and has done commendable work in raising the prestige of that belt. But with news that he's going to be out of action for an extended period, that pretty much translates as "Cena's losing the belt soon." That spoils some of the work Cena has done, as his match at Hell In A Cell is now just a predictable outcome. He'll drop the belt there and leave. The magic of the US Title and suspending disbelief isn't going to work now. The title drop could even happen as soon as Live From Madison Square Garden, or at a Raw open challenge. Either way, it is tarnished now that people know Cena is leaving. The other option would be to leave the title on him, but that also hurts the belt. Out of sight, out of mind.
