10 Big WWE Returns That Could Happen In 2015

2. Kurt Angle

After taking the WWE by storm in 2000, Kurt Angle became one of the best wrestlers on the planet and one of the keystones of the WWE main event scene. Unfortunately for Kurt, a series of personal problems led to WWE cutting ties with him, sending Angle into the waiting arms of TNA. Since then, Angle has made several comments about how he would like to return to WWE. However, concerns about his health seemed to make that an impossibility. More recently, with Angle's contract situation with TNA in doubt, there seems to be some belief that he would return to McMahon's promotion for one final run. Angle's return would certainly been greeted with excitement by a large portion of the audience. Angle's run wasn't so long ago that fans forget about him and he would instantly be seen as a main event player, even after exile to TNA. The best use of Angle would undoubtedly be in a program with Rusev. Imagine Lana and Rusev running down the USA and proclaiming that no one in the country could defeat them...and then Angle's music hits. Kurt would make his triumphant return, holding the US flag and his Olympic gold medals, setting the stage for an epic clash of USA vs. Russia. Admit it, you want to see it.
