7. Hulk Hogan
Although it was hard to imagine Hulk Hogan ever bouncing back from his racism scandal, he's already looking likely to return to WWE one day. Indeed, just a couple of months ago, Triple H said the following about Hogan returning:
"For me, I hope so. It's about reinvigorating his brand and him as a human being and the confidence within the world, as to who he is. But the one thing about people in general is when somebody's on top, they want to see them fall, and when they fall, they want to see them make that comeback."
That's the door being left open for Hogan's return. Hunter is laying the groundwork for welcoming back WWE's biggest legend. Hogan's doing his part as well, and has been effective in generating some sympathy for him and his downfall. He comes across as a silly old man who made a mistake and is sorry, and many people do feel a little bit sorry for him. A reconciliation and redemption in 2016 would give WWE some publicity, in addition to his on-screen presence providing a lift to the shows.
