10 Biggest Celebrity Wrestling Fans

1. Mike Tyson

Undoubtedly one of the biggest celebrities associated with the world of pro wrestling, Mike Tyson was once described as being like a "kid in a candy store" by Pat Patterson, upon seeing the legendary boxing icon backstage at WWF/WWE events. A lifelong fan, Tyson was thrilled to be asked to partake in a storyline in the build up to Wrestlemania XIV, playing the role of enforcer for the title match between Shawn Michaels and Steve Austin at the event. Since then, Tyson has been inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame (entering as part of the class of 2012), and appeared on WWE television numerous times over the years. Chris Jericho tells a story in one of his books about the time he was scheduled to take a punch from Tyson, and it's hilarious to read Y2J remark that he was terrified the boxer wouldn't know how to pull the shot, and would hit him for real. Delighted to engage with the WWE stars any time he's invited backstage, Mike Tyson always has an almighty smile on his face, and seems to be turn into a little boy when around the wrestlers. One of the hardest hitters in the history of boxing, it's startling to imagine such a dangerous man acting so starstruck around professional wrestlers, but Tyson makes no apologies, and always talks up wrestling whenever he is asked.
