10 Biggest Ever Heel Vs. Heel WWE Matches

6. Edge Vs. Randy Orton - Raw 2007

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SyAzc5zNyjI It was April 30, 2007 and Edge was one of the top heels in WWE along with Randy Orton. They had a great run as a duo known as Rated RKO that feuded with Shawn Michaels and Triple H (Degeneration X) as well as others. Due to their massive egos, they had a match on Raw that was excellent. It followed the Backlash PPV from a week earlier when they failed to beat John Cena for the WWE Title in a four way that also included Shawn Michaels. They went 16 minutes and the crowd really didn't cheer for one guy more than the other. As it was going on the cheers grew simply because the match was excellent and they appreciated the great wrestling action. Since both guys were closely connected due to the run as Rated RKO, it was really easy to get into a match like this. Each guy cheated in the match when they could and they also busted out their signature spots for a lot of great nearfalls that the crowd totally bought into. Give them credit for working their butts off to produce one of the better heel vs. heel matches you're going to see. After a number of great nearfalls and Orton busted open, Edge countered the RKO and got the win thanks to a Spear and it was enough to win the match. Both guys remained in heel roles after this match. Edge ended up moving to the Smackdown brand a few weeks later as the World Champion over there as well as the top heel while Orton was one of the top heels on Raw.
