10 Biggest Holy Sh*t Moments From NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver Night 2

8. What A Bump

Jordan Devlin NXT TakeOver Stand & Deliver
WWE Network

Here it is - the best bump of the opener.

It didn't take a genius to figure out what was going to happen when WWE's cameras caught Devlin lining up a ladder in front of one that had been conveniently placed in the corner earlier. As soon as he started scaling up the side closest to that, everyone likely thought, 'Yep, he's about to crash and burn'.

They weren't wrong. Santos shoved Jordan off one ladder and sent him smashing through another. It was rigged to break in half, of course, but that's only half the battle if it hasn't been rigged properly or the bumper doesn't land in the correct position. Devlin was on fire at TakeOver though, and he wasn't going to miss his mark.

The shot above makes it look like his body had been mangled by the landing. WWE lingered on Devlin's agony for a few seconds, which gave the announcers room to marvel at it.
