10 Biggest Loudmouths In WWE History

3. Vickie Guerrero

By using a simple phrase such as "Excuse Me", Vickie Guerrero managed to raise the ire of millions all at once. The simple brilliance of Vickie's character meant that the woman didn't even require entrance music. All she had to do was utter the line from backstage, soaking up boos as she stepped through the curtain onto the stage.

If Jimmy Hart had a high-pitched tone, Guerrero took things to a whole new level. Shrieking like a banshee, the former General Manager of Raw and SmackDown experienced such longevity in these roles because of how good she was at drawing heat.

Getting louder when fans didn't listen to her, Vickie knew she could manipulate the intensity of boos by either laughing or once again barking out her infamous catchphrase over and over again.

Often under-rated when people discuss the best managers and valets in WWE history, Vickie Guerrero had something about her that just annoyed wrestling fans. That can't necessarily be taught. Guerrero was born to play such a character, grating everyone with her shrill voice.
