10 Biggest Mismatches In Wrestling History

1. Big Show vs Floyd Mayweather

Floyd Mayweather is one of the greatest boxers to ever live and is an astonishing 47-0 as a professional fighter. He has won World Titles in five different weight classes and has accomplished just about all there is to do in his sport. At 5'8" tall, he fights at less than 147 pounds (the Welterweight limit). His WrestleMania 24 match with Big Show was everything a spectacle is supposed to be. Putting them together made for great visuals and it brought in media attention from the sports and entertainment worlds when they wouldn't have covered wrestling otherwise. It was Big vs Small. It was Wrestling vs Boxing. It was Power vs Speed. The match ended up being much better than anyone could have hoped it would be which only added to the mismatch because both men were allowed to shine in their roles. Show was way too powerful for Mayweather, who was way too quick and agile for Show. It was entertaining to watch and both men deserve all the praise in the world for their roles.
