10 Biggest Missed Opportunities From The Undertaker's WWE Career

7. Not Having More Significant Tag Team Title Runs

When you think of team players in WWE, The Undertaker isn't exactly one of the first names that come to mind. He's enjoyed his fair share of tag team runs, sure, but he didn't make a career out of being in the tag team division.

That's absolutely fine because he was primarily a singles wrestler and, at the end of the day, a 7-foot zombie ain't going to have that many friends. However, when you look at the success that his Brother of Destruction, Kane, enjoyed in the tag team division, it does feel like 'Taker could have done with one or two more tag team runs throughout his career.

He had a number of Tag Team Title reigns but they were all clustered together at the end of the first third of his career. All of them worked (though to varying degrees of success) but the most successful was arguably his and Kane's two Tag Team Title runs in 2001.

Occasionally having main event singles stars as the Tag Team Champions often reinvigorates the division and there are a number of times throughout 'Taker's career that WWE could have placed him there. For example, his and Kane's respective feuds with Mr. Kennedy and MVP (which crossed over multiple times) could have led to the gold, while he and Batista would have made great Tag Team Champs in the midst of their World Heavyweight Championship program in '07.
