10 Biggest Mistakes WWE Creative Made In 2014

7. The Anonymous Raw GM Returns

The Anonymous Raw General Manager is regarded by many fans as one of the most hated concepts ever seen on WWE programming. The reason for that has nothing to do with the fact that the character was basically a heel, it had more to do with the fact that it never got over. The podium at ringside and Michael Cole's presence behind it became a staple on Raw and every week brought a new bit of nonsense for fans to digest. The problem was, it was just too hard to swallow. No one cared about the GM and it was more of an annoyance than a storyline. So when WWE brought it back this year, many fans were likely not only upset, they were furious. The WWE audience is forgiving to a point and is known for staying the course with a talent if he or she deserves it but this is something very different. This angle is a proven failure and one that did not seem to entertain anyone the first time out. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bHoj8XaBjTM There is no evidence that it will get over this time. Despite what reasons WWE has for bringing it back, the fact is that no one wanted to see it before and they want to see it even less now.
