1. Less McMahon Presence

What Was Promised: As WWE prepared for 2019, Triple H, Stephanie, Shane and Vince McMahon stood in front of the watching audience on the 17 December 2018 Raw, promised that they'd do a better job of listening to their demands over the next 12 months and said they'd be hogging less of the spotlight. "We haven't been doing a very good job," said Steph.

It reeked of an oath that was going to be broken.

How They Broke It: By the time WrestleMania season kicked off in early-2019, Triple H was embroiling himself in a feud with old Evolution cohort Batista, Stephanie was revelling in Kurt Angle's upcoming retirement, Shane was indulging his desire to play workhorse wrestler on SmackDown and Vince McMahon was readying his 'Wild Card' ratings play.

The McMahon family didn't have less of a presence on WWE TV in 2019. In fact, it was business as usual for them, and Shane was all over the Tuesday night output until October. Nothing changed at all, and it's only a matter of time before one of the fam pops back up again.
