6. Moving On From Brock Lesnar As World Champ

What Was Promised: Much of the build towards WrestleMania revolved around Seth Rollins' belief that Brock Lesnar's part-time schedule disgraced the Universal Title. He promised to rid WWE of someone who blatantly didn't care and become the workhorse champion fans deserved. That was literally the basis of the feud.

How They Broke It: After putting the belt on Seth at 'Mania, WWE stupidly booked themselves into a corner by giving Brock MITB. Then, when they had Rollins beat him a second time at SummerSlam and had a chance to move on properly from Lesnar's dominance of the World Title scene, they put the other top belt on him during SmackDown's FOX debut.

All Rollins' talk about how Lesnar was treating the company and fans like a*sholes resonated louder than ever at this point. People weren't stupid. They knew that WWE weren't actually prepared to move on from a star the stature of Brock.

Why spend so much time talking about it then?
