10 Biggest Questions Coming Out Of WWE WrestleMania 34

3. Will Asuka Recover?

While Nakamura got the last laugh in his WrestleMania 34 match, the same can't be said of the night's other Royal Rumble challenger. Asuka saw her undefeated streak brought to a crashing halt at the hands of Charlotte.

For a lot of fans, the instinct here was to get upset and lament the fact that the established star beat the up-and-comer, ostensibly ending her chances of ever reaching the same level as the Nature Girl.

But that seems like a somewhat simplistic reading. Despite coming up short, Asuka earned a lot of plaudits for the quality of her performance, and goes into this week's SmackDown with her credibility as one of the company's top women still very much in tact.

It's a blow, of course, but it doesn't have to be a terminal one. Losing to Charlotte is like losing to Brock Lesnar or the 1970 Brazil team: almost everyone is going to do it at some point, and it doesn't necessarily mean you're a spent force. She can recover, though whether she will is another matter.
