Bragging Rights 2010 featured the final ever 1 vs. 1 match between Kane and The Undertaker. To finish off the epic rivalry, the two legends would square off in a Buried Alive match.

The match, albeit nothing special, featured an exciting finish as The Nexus stable interfered. They would attack The Undertaker, which allowed Kane to win the match and bury 'Taker alive.

The next night on RAW, Nexus leader Wade Barrett addressed the stable's actions to the fans. Barrett revealed that the reason they helped Kane was "none of their business". This was the last time that The Nexus' involvement was ever mentioned on WWE programming again

The next time The Undertaker returned to WWE TV would be on the road to WrestleMania XXVII, when he would start a feud with Triple H. The fact that The Undertaker had survived being buried alive was never mentioned. Neither was the fact that he should be seeking revenge on Kane and Nexus.

It was rumoured that the reason for the angle at the Bragging Rights event was that it was going to lead to a Barrett v. The Undertaker match at WrestleMania XXVII. Obviously, this didn't occur.
