10 Biggest Surprises In WWE's 100 Greatest Matches Book
4. Roman Reigns Overlooked?
Roman Reigns is WWE's current 'golden boy', and the promotion are heavily invested in pushing the huge Samoan to the moon. It's something for which we're all painfully aware.
Roman is forced down our throats nearly every week on television, and we're constantly reminded what a tremendous competitor and great champion he is. Most of his matches are treated with utmost adulation from WWE's announce team.
Given the company's complete commitment to marking Reigns out as the face of the current era, it's peculiar that not one singles match of the Big Dog's appears anywhere throughout the book; Reigns' only mention is as part of The Shield.
In fact, Roman doesn't even appear on the book's front cover - a far cry from the absolute ubiquity of John Cena when he was considered the company's number one player.
