Say what you will about Triple H as a wrestler and his track record of "burying" talent, but unlike Vince McMahon, he knows a star when he sees one, regardless of their size. Seth Rollins is a perfect example of a guy who doesn't fit the typical WWE mold, yet Triple H saw him for the main event player he's always been destined to be from day one.

It might or might not have been because of Triple H that Rollins signed with WWE in 2010, but it should be noted that the time of his signing coincided with when Triple H was gaining more power backstage and had a say in whom was a worth a look.

When he took over NXT as his own and morphed it into WWE's newest developmental system, he built the brand around Rollins, a bright prospect who had been main roster ready for quite a while. In the summer of 2012, he won a tournament to become the inaugural NXT champion, and among the first people who walked out to the ring to congratulate him on his grand victory was , you guessed it, Triple H.

Fast forward three years later and HHH's vision of the future is playing out every week on WWE TV with The Architect as the WWE World Heavyweight champion.
