9. CM Punk vs. John Cena - Undisputed WWE Championship (SummerSlam 2011)
Ahh, the summer of Punk. After taking the WWE Championship away from WWE at Money In The Bank when his contract expired, CM Punk made a 'surprise' return to a WWE ring with the title that was rightfully his. However, Punk didn't bank on Vince McMahon putting on an eight man tournament for what he saw as the vacant WWE Championship. After doing so, McMahon was unceremoniously fired by Triple H, who then forced the tournament's winner, Rey Mysterio, to defend his title later on the same night against John Cena, who to everyone's surprise, won the belt for what was then a ninth time. Phew. Punk then returned and the WWE was left with two champions. Step in Triple H who booked a match between the pair and appointed himself the special guest referee. The match ended in controversial circumstances as Punk got the 1-2-3 even though Cena had his foot on the ropes. Creative wasn't a problem then was it, Punk?
