9. Mojo Rawley

Mojo Rawley was drafted even lower than Beezango (57th), and the WWE Universe didn't hold out much hope for the former NFL star. In fact, Rawley's ascension to the main roster was hardly viewed as a positive or negative for the man himself - fans were mostly viewing Rawley's prospects through those of Zack Ryder.

Ryder got injured however, and Rawley was forced to go it alone. Mojo has evolved into a steady hand in the SmackDown midcard, but the undoubted highlight of his year came at WrestleMania 33. It was in Orlando that Mojo defied the odds to win the Andre the Giant Memoral Battle Royal, following in the footsteps of Cesaro, Big Show and Baron Corbin.

The division of RAW and SmackDown into two separate brands has allowed Mojo the time and space to gain main roster experience and forge out a niche of his own. Sure, he isn't blowing anyone away, but it is clear as day that the draft has been a boon for the perma-hyped Virginia native.

He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
