8. Hulk Hogan's WWE Return And Meeting With Austin & Rock At WrestleMania 30

Hulk Hogan's WWE return was a huge event on the February 24 edition of Raw. He was announced as the host of WrestleMania 30. His last appearance in WWE before that was 2007, so it was great to see him back "home" again after spending four years in TNA Wrestling. There really wasn't much involved in hosting WrestleMania 30. He helped set up the Andre the Giant battle royal match, which was won by Cesaro, but other than that he did nothing at all except open the show in a way that was one of the most memorable openings in WrestleMania history. Hogan was in the ring welcoming the New Orleans crowd to the Superdome (even though he called it Silverdome - the old Detroit stadium - a couple of times) when all of a sudden the glass broke and out came "Stone Cold" Steve Austin. He wasn't advertised although it was known he was in the building. If it was just Hogan and Austin in the ring it would have been cool, but there was more. The Rock showed up to add to the star power. He did a masterful job of telling us that Hogan and Austin were the two biggest stars in WWE history. That's a fair statement while Rock is probably the biggest outside of wrestling thanks to his movie career. When the three legends celebrated their success by drinking some beers Austin style it was one of those special WrestleMania moments that we felt lucky to witness. It's good that Hogan is back in WWE. That's where he belongs.
