Which brings us to this past week. Counting the releases of staffers Rich Brennan and Arda "Kyle Edwards" Ocal, that's at least ten official cuts in a short span, with Ryback remaining in limbo (his merchandise on WWE Shop has ominously been discounted). Sandow remains the most notable of the herd, with Wade Barrett (who was voluntarily leaving anyway) right behind him in terms of present value.

What's left to say about the likes of Zeb Colter, Hornswoggle, and El Torito, except that WWE has no problem letting talent get paid to sit home (aka The JTG Principle)? With WWE due to release their quarterly financial statistics on Tuesday, the cuts are curiously timed, and could lead one to think back to the necessity for releases from two years earlier.
