Paige's continued association with WWE means she'll constantly be linked with an in-ring return until the day it finally happens or the day she walks away from the company altogether.

The former Divas Champion has occupied several roles since injury forced her retirement in April 2018, having previously introduced Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville to the main roster through Absolution. A run as a popular SmackDown General Manager followed before she was oddly removed from television, then took on new managerial clients in the Kabuki Warriors, who cut ties with Paige in October 2019. No matter: a slot on the WWE Backstage panel awaited for the former 'Anti-Diva.'

The last round of speculation linking Paige to an in-ring return came just before Royal Rumble 2020. A report that never came to pass had her entering the women's match as a surprise, with Paige answering "never say never" when asked about a comeback during a pre-PPV appearance on Good Morning Britain. Still only 27 years old, she has never been shy of expressing her desire to get back in the ring someday.
