10 Bloodiest Wrestling Matches Ever Broadcast

4. WWE Wrestlemania 20: Shawn Michaels vs. Triple H vs. Chris Benoit

http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x1flhvw_wwe-wrestlemania-20-chris-benoit-vs-triple-h-vs-shawn-michaels_sport Practically obliterated from history for some bizarre reason that€™s never made clear, this is a bloody, and brilliant, and bloody brilliant match, the main event from 2004€™s Wrestlemania XX, showcasing two performers at the height of their powers. Both Shawn Michaels and Triple H would blade heavily upon being smashed into the ringposts - true to form, the Heartbreak Kid went first and worst, and by the end of the match he was drenched practically past the shoulders. Helmsley doesn€™t do too badly either, though, and given the extent of the frenetic action, and the sweat pouring off both men, soon the blood is diluted to a drizzle and liberally coating everything. The end would come when Michaels wildly missed with Sweet Chin Music and fell from the ring. Triple H then began inexplicably flopping around in the centre of the ring, arching back, clearly in pain, which caused the referee to end the match and have the bell rung. The two bloody men headed to the back to seek medical attention, leaving pyro blazing and confetti streaming down upon an emotional WWE Champion Eddie Guerrero standing alone in the middle of the ring, to bring the evening to a close.
