10 Bold WWE Predictions For 2016

4. ...But Triple H Will

John Cena may not add world title No. 16 in 2016 but Triple H will capture the gold, recording reign No. 13 in his Hall of Fame career. The win will be the result of his feud with Seth Rollins, who will undeniably return as a babyface vowing revenge for his treatment by The Authority. The Game will hold the title that The Architect had stolen from him without actually losing, and will be the object of the former Authority golden boy's obsession. It will provide Triple H with the one last run at the top that his ego almost certainly thirsts for while making complete sense within the context of the story that has been presented throughout 2015. The Game's recent WrestleMania appearances prove that he can still go in when called upon, especially in a sorter program where not as much is demanded of him physically. A one or two-match series with Rollins would provide fans with some phenomenal television while also eventually putting Rollins over strong. It has been six years since Triple H captured his last heavyweight championship. While not up to the quality of his previous reigns, his latest will remind fans of the dangerous, Cerebral Assassin he is when he laces up the boots.
