By all accounts, it looks highly likely that world renowned star Ricochet will finally step foot in an NXT ring next year.

Currently tearing it up in New Japan and on the independent scene (including for What Culture Pro Wrestling), the 28-year-old has finished up his commitments as Prince Puma for Lucha Underground and simply has to wait for season 3 to finish airing on TV before he can sign with WWE, according to reports. A summer debut in NXT for 'The Future of Flight' seems very likely.

And what better way for Ricochet to make an immediate impact in Full Sail than for him to win the NXT championship? Ricochet is certain to wow the audience at NXT with his incredible athleticism and high flying offence - nobody's ever done a 630 on WWE television before, for instance - and an NXT title win in one of his first matches would let everyone know that Ricochet is a star.
