10 Bold WWE Predictions For The Rest Of 2019

1. Shane McMahon - WWE Champion

Equally, WWE could abandon the Lesnar idea and go with something completely ridiculous.

Anyone who has been watching WWE recently will have noticed that Shane McMahon is all over the product like a dead fly being spread over a windscreen by a faulty wiper.

He's feuded with the likes of The Miz and Roman Reigns, amassed a huge group of goons and henchmen, and its apparently written into his contract that he gets at least 30 minutes of screen time on both Raw and SmackDown every week.

Why is Shane receiving so much attention at the moment? The obvious answer is that he's the son of the boss, but the more terrifying answer is that he's in line for a big win. Rumour has it that one of the reasons Shane has been getting so much attention recently is because he's being considered for a WWE Championship reign.

Seriously.

Whilst nothing has been confirmed, some backstage sources have said that there are plans for Shane to defeat Kofi Kingston for the WWE Title and then continue his feud with Roman Reigns as a means of getting the top title back onto Roman.

For anyone who says this is ridiculous, check out the September 16th 1999 episode of SmackDown, when Vince McMahon defeated Triple H to become WWE Champion.

We're doomed, aren't we?
