3. The New Day vs. The Dudley Boyz Tables Match Gets Made
The Dudley Boyz have been excellent since returning to WWE. Even though they haven't worked matches on every show, they've been brilliant at bringing some much-needed credibility to the tag-team scene. At Night Of Champions, one of the most successful units in WWE history will collide with one of the freshest, The New Day. Existing as a straight up tag encounter, there's no real stipulation to the Pay-Per-View contest. The WWE Tag-Team Titles will be on the line, but it's simply a regular match. Whilst it'd be nice to see The Dudley clan win the titles once again, there's really no rush. If The New Day emerge with their hands raised, it opens up the possibility for more clashes between both teams. The New Day should escape as champions, which would set up a memorable showdown on Monday Night Raw. The Dudley Boyz could reveal that The Authority have agreed to make a Tables Match for the titles for 'Live From Madison Square Garden'. The New Day could then go to Triple H and Stephanie to complain, claiming that they thought they were friends after their little dance routine this past week. Each of these segments would be entertaining.
