10 Booking Steps For WWE Raw (Dec. 26)
7. Rusev & Jinder Mahal Vs. Enzo Amore & Big Cass Ends In A Double DQ
The storyline involving Enzo Amore, Big Cass, Rusev, and Lana is fairly confusing. It doesn't make much sense that the babyfaces would be angry at the heel (on this occasion Rusev) for not letting Enzo hit on his wife. Still, it looks like WWE are determined to push on with the angle.
Jinder Mahal became involved last week, helping Rusev beat up Enzo during those 'sensitivity classes'. A tag-team match is surely the next step on Raw; it's logical to put both heels against both babyfaces here. Should WWE want to continue the story though, an outright winner isn't advisable.
Recently, Rusev and Big Cass have been using count outs and disqualifications in their matches. There's every chance that will be the case come Raw too, only this time both Amore and Mahal would also be in the mix.
Just as it looks like Enzo and Cass are getting the upper hand, Rusev and Jinder take the fight to ringside. There, the referee is left with no choice but to wave the match off when the quartet refuse to stop brawling.
