For now, it seems like WWE management are happy to continue showcasing Brian Kendrick vs. T.J Perkins over the WWE Cruiserweight Title. The division is ever-growing on Raw, so it's perhaps important that any rematch at Hell In A Cell is the last one for a while. Come the next edition of the show, Perkins may be best served having some new competition.

In a non-title match last week, Kendrick picked up a submission victory over the champion. The story that Kendrick is a bitter veteran who will do anything to win is a winning one, although that doesn't mean T.J can't still maintain his clean-cut style. Against Cedric Alexander, Perkins would be able to showcase his athletic skills and have them suit the context of a babyface vs. babyface match.

After winning, he'd be attacked by Kendrick. Out for blood and looking for any opportunity to get ahead, Brian would be unable to resist getting a few licks in. Later in the show, the announcers can reveal that Kendrick vs. Perkins has been signed for Hell In A Cell.
