If there's one thing The New Day certainly excel at, it's comedy. Admittedly, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson couldn't match that hilarity with their own 'Old Day' skit several weeks before facing the champs at Clash Of Champions. Still, New Day's comedic touches could feasibly work well as a contrast to the seriousness between Sheamus and Cesaro.

Coming out before their new rivals take on The Shining Stars, Xavier Woods, Big E and Kofi Kingston eject Michael Cole, Byron Saxton and Corey Graves from the Raw announce position on the stage. Taking over commentary duties, the trio rank Sheamus and Cesaro's chances of beating them come Hell In A Cell on October 30.

New Day can get away with this kind of silliness, because it really suits their over-the-top characters. Hearing fresh voices on announce duty also helps break up the program, and this would be an ideal substitute for any pre or post-match promos.

Providing a soft entry into the upcoming title bout, New Day on commentary could critique Sheamus and Cesaro throughout the match and lecture them for being unable to work together.
