10 Burning Questions For WWE Raw (Aug 1)

5. Is Gallows/Anderson For Real This Time?

When Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson debuted on Raw a few months ago, they came in with all the momentum of a world-beating duo, assaulting others and popping the crowd. Fast-forward to the summer, and the team was simply serving as AJ Styles’ lackies, taking beatings from John Cena.

Now, drafted to Raw while Styles and Cena battle on Smackdown, Gallows and Anderson have a chance for a fresh start – and they did just that last week. The duo took out WWE Tag Team Champions New Day, leaving the trio laid out in the ring while they were trying to celebrate being the longest-reigning tag champs (at least this iteration of the tag titles).

The fact it was Gallows and Anderson who got the chance to reboot their image like that could indicate that WWE is serious about cashing in on their standing as one of the top tag teams in the world. We could see that continue to play out on Monday night if the Club members continue their assault on New Day.
