10 Burning Questions For WWE Raw (July 11th)

2. How Will Brock’s UFC Win Factor In?

After so much was made about Brock Lesnar’s SummerSlam opponent – Randy Orton – being announced on SmackDown last week, you’ve got to believe that WWE will want to sing from the rooftops that the Beast won his UFC match on Saturday. Not mentioning it would be a colossal mistake.

But how will Brock’s big win play into Raw? Perhaps Paul Heyman will show up to gloat and give fans a rundown of what happened and what that spells for Orton at SummerSlam. Or maybe Brock himself will turn up, though that’s far less likely. Of course, the easiest thing would be for Michael Cole (or maybe Mauro Ranallo) to provide an update on Lesnar’s UFC victory over Mark Hunt, accompanied by graphics of some of the mainstream coverage that it generated.

Given how much WWE loves to play up “mainstream” coverage and social media acknowledgements, expect to see the Tron used to display various articles, tweets and Instagram photos of Brock’s big win. But don’t be surprised if Heyman turns up unexpectedly.
