10 Candidates For WWE's Upcoming Women's Tournament
4. Victoria
Just like WWE brought veterans Tajiri and Brian Kendrick back for the Cruiserweight Classic, there's no reason why some successful company alumnae can't participate in the Women's Classic.
One such star - whom WWE fans have asked about ever since she left the company - is Victoria. Originally debuting on WWE TV in 2002, Victoria had a lengthy career that saw her feud repeatedly with Trish Stratus, form an alliance with Stevie Richards, and famously defeat Molly Holly in a hair versus hair match at WrestleMania XX. By her retirement from the company in 2009, she had held the WWE Women's Championship twice.
She wasn't done there, though. Taking the name Tara, she debuted for TNA later in 2009. In her four years with that organization, she held the Knockouts' Championship five times. After leaving in 2013, she continued to compete on the independent scene.
Victoria is an immediately recognizable face who would help give the tournament some credibility and interest, making her a great candidate for a spot.
