Bruce Prichard loves supernatural gimmickry.

He is adamant that Papa Shango was a tremendous gimmick. He brings this up frequently on his Something To Wrestle podcast, and Prichard wasn't even involved with the WWF at the time - which is to say, he didn't have to reach to put his own bullsh*t over in a bid to make himself look good. This is a man who defended the Triple H Vs. Booker T programme. He felt he had to defend anything and everything because he was wary of burning the bridge. And, funnily enough, he was drafted back into the fold.

But Papa Shango?!

Prichard is an aficionado of nonsense. Talks it on his podcast, puts it on your television. In fact, he wished the Shango character was even dafter. He wanted Shango to perform voodoo on various WWF superstars, with the use of dolls, so that they'd falter mid-match and such.

So what's this got to with Boa?

Boa was last seen playing a supernatural role on NXT 2.0 before disappearing altogether. Perhaps Prichard thinks he's a main roster proposition.

Or perhaps he's booking him to do magic on Tuesdays already, which might explain the amount of blown spots.
