10 Changes To Make WWE Smackdown's Thursday Move Successful
4. Give Divas Time On Smackdown
This is as simple as it sounds. If Raw is 3 hours and you can only fit in a 90 second Divas match, then Smackdown, in its 2 hours will regularly feature a 10+ minute Divas match. That could be a tag team match, a title match, or just a run of the mill 1 on 1 bout. Regardless of what the match is or who is in the match, Smackdown should make the effort to expose fans to more of the talented and athletic women the WWE currently employs having meaningful matches. Its all a matter of commitment. If they commit to doing this, then people will tune in to see Paige take on Natalya in a dynamite 10 minute match. Theyll tune in to see Nikki and Brie Bella take on Naomi and Emma in a lengthy bout with a purpose. Furthermore, once Charlotte Flair is called up to the main roster, the WWE is going to want to showcase he talent and her ability in a meaningful way. Let Smackdown have at least one segment a week where the Divas will thrive and get substantial time to progress and showcase their skills, while moving their stories forward in meaningful ways.
