The Rock is a future-hall of famer, legend, Hollywood movie star and another king of the crowd. Fans from across the globe think Rocky may be the greatest all-time on the microphone. Whether that is true or not, he certainly knew how to deliver that cheap pop. It starts with his delivery and the emphatic tone he brings to the table each night. Whatever city World Wrestling Entertainment travels to, all the people want is the Rock. Rock lets them know he's there as well. "Finally! The Rock has come back to ." A strategy that's so simple and effective was mastered by the People's Champion in every city the Rock traveled to.
