3. The Road Warriors/Legion Of Doom
"Hey, Ascension. Get the f--k out, The Road Warriors are back." Who wouldn't have loved to hear that phrase a couple of years ago? Actually, screw that, who wouldn't love to hear that phrase tomorrow?
These guys remain the baddest tag team in the history of the WWE. Hawk and Animal didn't just beat their opponents, they pulverized them. They mixed brawling and well-placed, high-flying maneuvers to create a style all their own.
And it never seemed to matter which company they were working for, or which era they appeared in (for the record, they were tag champions in the NWA, AWA, IWS, IPW, and WWE) and WWE fans welcomed them with open arms each and every time they returned from a long hiatus.
The look would need to updated just a tad, but other than that, you could debut these guys tomorrow just watch them shoot up the ladder. And not for nothing, but "Whaaaaat a rrrrrrruuusshhhhhhhh!" would still be a badass way to introduce them.
