10 Completely UNHINGED Moments From WWE Video Games

1. Quick! Murder Civilians To Stop 'Mania! (WWE WrestleMania XIX)

Only the cool kids had a GameCube. Fact*.

In WrestleMania XIX on Nintendo's then-latest hardware, Stephanie McMahon asked your character to undermine Vince by stopping WrestleMania from even happening. To do that, you don't just attack the boss and cause havoc in the boardroom. No, you kill innocent construction workers who are putting the show's set together.

The brutality is only just getting started. There are numerous scenes in which your wrestler literally throws these non-wrestling civilians off the side of a building into oblivion. It's true. They fall into the endless pit below and seemingly die at the hands of Trish Stratus. When-oh-when will she be brought to justice for her crimes?

It's honestly incredible that any of this made the cut. The game also cheerfully eggs you on during this murderous rampage by reminding you there are only "5 to go" before the level is complete. What happened to rebuilding Starrcade as a 'Mania beater instead, Steph? This was a bit over the top.

*may not, in fact, be a fact.
