10 Completely UNHINGED Moments From WWE Video Games

9. Al Snow’s Disembodied ‘Head’ (WWF Attitude)

What does everybody want? What does everybody need? What does everybody love? Those three questions belted out over arena speakers whenever Al Snow entered the scene during the beloved 'Attitude Era'. In turn, after each one, sold out live crowds would yell: "Heeeeeeeeeead", and everyone had a right good giggle at how naughty they were being.

1990s: The age of rebellion.

Sadly, Acclaim's WWF Attitude couldn't match the swagger and sugar-rush speed of federation programming. Matches played like wrestlers were stuck in mud, and complicated button combos meant performing a humble DDT took more skill than it does in real life. At least 'Head' was a playable bonus character though, eh?

Al's pal even took body damage despite being a floating skull, hands and pair of boots. Shout out to the gimmick's nightmare fuel-esque pre-match rants too. Some of the off-kilter voices they gave this thing will haunt you when the sun goes down. It's quirky, it's daft, and it's exactly the kind of thing expected from video gaming in 1999.

Still, fans didn't get a playable Mr. McMahon over this disembodied mascot? Strange.
