10 Contenders To Become WWE 205 Live's General Manager

7. Shawn Michaels

Every time a fake position of authority opens up in WWE, Shawn Michaels is immediately cited as a possible candidate, based entirely on the fact he held the Commissioner role way back in 1998. He's sort of the Glenn Hoddle of this genre, constantly touted for no real reason despite his alright-at-best record, with a touch of evangelicalism thrown in for good measure.

It's also born from a tiny dose of wishful thinking that he still be a regular part of our weekly set menu. And preferably, not dressed as Colonel Sanders or performing the DX routine despite being literally 52. It's eminently possible, but would Shawn Michaels really want his legacy most latterly associated with guys too little to be considered main-eventers? It's no.

Probability: 3/10

Benjamin was born in 1987, and is still not dead. He variously enjoys classical music, old-school adventure games (they're not dead), and walks on the beach (albeit short - asthma, you know). He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
