10 Coolest Wrestlers In WCW History

9. Sid Vicious

Despite the reputation of an awful pro wrestler, Sid was over everywhere he went, enjoying significant pushes in WCW, WWE and ECW. But why? His promos were nonsensical and nothing about his performances in any of those promotions seemed to suggest he was deserving of the fans' admiration.

That is, except for his presence.

Sid carried himself like a star. When he came through the curtain, he looked like the baddest man on the planet. He also interacted with the audience, either hurling insults in their direction as a heel or fist-bumping them as a babyface. By making the fans feel like part of the show, they were more willing to invest in him emotionally.

At nearly seven-feet-tall, he was an imposing force that looked every bit the brute force that he portrayed in the ring. Add in a devastating powerbomb and you have the recipe for a star intimidatingly cool.

You know, until he jumped off the top rope and stupidly broken his leg right through his skin, but who's counting.
