10 Craziest On-Screen Arrests In WWE History
5. The Undertaker (1999)
Turning back the clocks even further here, again we feature
another Undertaker incident, but this time he was indeed arrested for the part he played in the chaos. Perhaps this is why officers were a little more lenient on him in
the subsequent altercations with Lesnar and Triple H.
Either way, you could argue that this was the most reprehensible act of all, because The Undertaker wasn’t just trying to beat up his foe - here he was attempting to “sacrifice” Big Boss Man on his signature Undertaker crucifix.
Having set his Ministry of Darkness henchmen on the Boss Man, his cronies mounted their victim on the cross, whereupon ‘Taker began explaining that this was essentially an elaborate warning aimed at Vince McMahon and his Corporation.
Luckily for Boss Man, he managed to wrestle free from his shackles and escape, prompting a mass fight between the Ministry and the incoming Corporation. When the drama died down, ‘Taker would eventually hand himself over to the cops, seconds after using his mystical powers to engulf the crucifix in flames.
He may not have caused much of a fuss in the end, but the ritual that went down beforehand was rather more shocking and certainly fits this article’s criteria of “crazy”.
