8. The Night The Lights Went Out In Oklahoma - September 25, 2006
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bGNU4XHlNVY Only moments after the September 25, 2006 Monday Night Raw went on the air, the Ford Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma fell victim to a partial power outage. The house lights went off as the pyro continued to explode, and when it finished, Jim Ross had to explain to the fans just what was going on and the risks associated with running live television. Still, the show had to go on. The first match Lita versus Candice Michelle took place with only the spotlights to show what was happening, and while it was more of an angle than a match (special referee Edge speared Candice as soon as the bell rang), it still made for a very strange ring environment. John Cena ran in to send the dastardly duo packing and, for once, the fans really couldnt see him. In the next segment, the power came back on, and Raw was normal once again. While Vince McMahon likely breathed a huge sigh of relief, we were left with one of Raws odder yet ultimately harmless moments.
