At his heaviest, the most recognisable wrestling giant of the last two decades weighed in at a staggering 500lbs. And if you've ever wondered exactly how much food you need to consistently put away every day to maintain such a colossal weight, Paul Wight finally offered up the answer during a recent TalkSPORT interview.

In the one-time Big Show's own words, he actually used to consume an astonishing 13,000-18,000 calories each and every day to keep himself that size.

And these weren't exactly the cleanest calories available either.

For example, a trip to a local McDonald's would involve him ordering three or four Big Macs, fries, a shake, apple pies, and probably a fish sandwich, too.

And a trip to Taco Bell usually saw the former World Champion chowing down on 20 tacos!

As Wight got older, however, he soon realised that eating this much junk food wasn't exactly sustainable, with the star now eating "like a mouse" as he prepares himself for another return to the All Elite squared-circle after having his knee replaced last summer.
