4. John Morrison

There's definitely still time for the recently re-signed John Morrison to find himself in a legendary WWE match. But, as of writing, we're yet to see him be part of one during his two tenures with the company.

Like so many on this list, Morrison has put in decent showings in a few multi-man matches. However, a star of his unquestionable quality definitely should have at least one true WWE classic on his resume.

The former ECW, Intercontinental and multi-time Tag Team Champion was extremely consistent during his first spell with the company and put on brilliant matches against stars like Sheamus and his long time associate The Miz. Yet, the parkour enthusiast still wasn't able to flip his way to a truly epic spectacle.

He had more luck outside of WWE and developed into a top level star in Lucha Underground and Impact Wrestling.

Since returning to the company, Morrison has been hurled straight back into a team with Miz and has spent most of his time battling in thrown together tag matches. However, the few glimpses of brilliance we've seen in his contests against The New Day and the rest of SmackDown's tag division definitely suggests that Morrison could put on at least one serious classic if he's given the chance to strike out on his own.
