10 Current WWE Superstars That Aren't Hurt By Losses

5. Chris Jericho

Although Chris Jericho is a future Hall Of Famer that has turned in an impressive career, it wasn't built on a foundation of victories. Even fewer are the number of wins he's obtained since turning to a part-time performer.

For the longest time, Jericho's part-time runs would follow a repetitive formula: surprise return, feud with up-and-comer, put up-and-comer over, leave, repeat. Though fans were still excited to see Jericho, it made for some predictable television. Still, the key phrase there is 'fans were still excited to see Jericho', which is to say that all these losses didn't take away from Y2J's appeal.

Recently, WWE seems to have recognized the holes in their booking of Jericho and have attempted to patch them up. WWE has given Jericho more victories lately, but their timing has been head-scratching. A WrestleMania win over AJ Styles knowing that AJ would be the #1 contender for the WWE Championship coming out of the show? A for effort, F for planning and execution.

Still, it's nice to see WWE trying to throw curveballs to the audience and while their balance with Y2J isn't as good as with Triple H or Randy Orton, Jericho's character can still sustain a loss.
